1 lb. Chicken Breast
3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 Medium Onion
3 Cloves Garlic, chopped
1 Jar Silver Palate Fra Diavolo Pasta Sauce
12 oz. Silver Palate Penne or Rotini Pasta
3 Tablespoons Parsley, chopped
Slice chicken into thin strips or 1" cubes and season with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium/high heat, then add chicken and saute until juices run clear. Transfer the chicken to a large plate and set aside.
Add onion (and additional oil as needed) to the same skillet and cook until translucent. Add the Fra Diavolo sauce, simmer for about 10 minutes. Return the chicken (and juices) to the sauce. Let cook for approximately 10 additional minutes.
Cook the pasta according to directions on box.
Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat. Stir in the parsley and additional salt and pepper to taste.
