Barbecue Vinaigrette

Makes 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 cups
Ingredients: 

1/4 cup Silver Palate Sweet and Rough Mustard
1/3 cup cider vinegar
2 large cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 teaspoon celery seeds
2/3 cup Silver Palate Smokey Maple Barbecue Sauce
2-5 tablespoons vegetable oil to taste

Directions: 

This sauce is superb with raw or grilled vegetables. Try it blended into a salad of diced ham, corn kernels, chopped red onions and black-eyed peas.Whisk together Silver Palate Sweet and Rough Mustard and vinegar in a bowl. Blend in garlic, celery seeds and Silver Palate Smokey Maple Barbecue Sauce. Whisk in vegetable oil. Taste to adjust flavors.
