Tangy Coleslaw

Makes 8 cups
Ingredients: 

1/2 cup low-fat buttermilk
1/4 cup Silver Palate Fat Free Really Raspberry Salad Splash
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon celery seeds, optional
1-1/2 pounds red cabbage, cored, tough leaves discarded, finely shredded
1 small onion, finely chopped
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Directions: 

Combine buttermilk, Silver Palate Fat Free Really Raspberry Salad Splash, honey and celery seeds in a large bowl. Add cabbage and onion and toss to coat evenly. Season with salt and pepper, and toss again. Serve at room temperature or chilled. This is just the right thing with sandwiches and burgers.
