White Beans with Red Onion and Sage
4 cups cooked cannellini (white beans) or canned cannellini, rinsed and drained
1 cup finely chopped red onion
2 tablespoons minced fresh sage leaves
6 tablespoons Silver Palate Balsamic Country Salad Splash
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients in a serving bowl and serve at once. Or refrigerate and serve chilled. This is perfect for picnics, summer dining or anytime you want a flavorful side dish.
