Baked Acorn Squash

Serves 4
Ingredients: 

4 tablespoons Silver Palate Apricot Mustard Sauce
4 teaspoons unsalted butter or margarine
2 acorn squash, cut lengthwise in half, seeds removed

Directions: 

Preheat oven to 350° F. Place 1 tablespoon Silver Palate Apricot Mustard Sauce and 1 teaspoon unsalted butter in each squash half. Cover with foil and bake until tender, about 45 to 50 minutes.
